Stephen B. Sobel - Business Attorney

Stephen B. Sobel, Esq. is a highly knowledgeable and respectable attorney licensed to practice law in two states: New York and New Jersey. He can also represent individuals and businesses in all federal matters.

Mr. Sobel has over 35 years of practical experience in various areas of business and civil law. Stephen B. Sobel was born in Manhattan and currently resides in New Jersey. In 1954 Mr. Sobel graduated from Columbia College and Columbia Law School, one of the most prestigious Universities in the United States.

Mr. Sobel began his career as an associate attorney. By 1958 Mr. Sobel became a staff judge advocate for the United States Air Force. He was the legal advisor to the Base Commander and Counsel at the Court Martial stationed at Manhattan Beach Air Force Station and in Pittsburgh at the Greater Pittsburgh Airport. Mr. Sobel worked his way up as a corporate attorney representing major business clients, developing corporate structures and defending contractual rights.

In 1989 Mr. Sobel became the Director Paralegal Studies at Long Island University, a private university offering undergraduate and graduate education at several campuses at the metropolitan New York area. Mr. Sobel has not only directed the Department but also taught business law and developed several programs for various professions aiming at educating students in all aspects of applicable legal issues. The programs developed by Mr. Sobel were approved by the American Bar Association, became part of overall curriculum, and are successfully taught at the University.

Since 1996 Mr. Sobel joined a team of attorneys supervising the activity of Premier Expert Service, Inc., specifically those aspects that require professional legal competence. Due to Mr. Sobel's extensive experience he shortly became the principal attorney in guiding our immigration and corporate services and advising on legal aspects involved in the overall business of the company.

Our clients feel secure because all immigration cases are being reviewed and signed upon approval by Mr. Sobel or other attorneys duly licensed to practice law by respective state and local authorities in the United States. It is very important because the mission of a licensed professional in the United States is to protect client's interest and ensure that cases are prepared according to the existing laws and application regulations.

Stephen B. Sobel is a very well rounded individual with diversified accomplishments and interests. He has shown to be successful not only in law but also in athletics. Mr. Sobel was a winner of the NCAA Fencing Championship. He was a member of the 1958 U.S. Fencing Team at the World championship. From 1972-76 he served as President of the Fencing Association. In 1980 he became secretary of the United States Olympic Committee. He then became Vice-President of the USOC (1984-88) and a USOC representative to the Pan American Sports Organization. Mr. Sobel continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

In 1999 Mr. Sobel was invited to lecture business law at Berkeley College in New Jersey. However, his major professional goal since he became corporate attorney of Premier Expert Service, Inc. is to supervise legal issues involved in our business initiatives described in this site.
